The Moeller Antriebstechnik GmbH, Nordenham has, since the middle of November 2002, a new owner. The company is now a subsidiary company of ATB Austria Antriebstechnik AG. The future name of the company will be ATB Motorentechnik GmbH.

The ATB Austria Antriebstechnik AG is a company listed at Wien Stock Exchange and is part of the ATB Group with factories in Welzheim (Germany), Spielberg (Austria) and Ostrava (Czech Republic).

For the contractual agreements between your side and the bidder union, no changes will take place.

Also for the future, ATM Motorentechnik GmbH, Nordenham and VEM motors GmbH, Wernigerode will fulfil all contractual commitments with your enterprise in a correct way.
